SecondMindOS provides a workspace for capturing source material, extracting and organizing knowledge, searching and visualizing connections, and reusing selected context in AI conversations and other tools. The product includes local software and optional hosted features. Features marked as planned or in development are not part of a paid service commitment before release.

You retain ownership of your content. Capturing, processing, exporting, or sending content to a connected service requires appropriate permission. Third-party services stay subject to separate terms, usage charges, and availability. Connecting a provider does not include the paid service in the SecondMindOS plan. Review selected context before sending selected context to a cloud model or another service.

Local features stay available without an account. For account-linked features, provide accurate account details and protect sign-in credentials and integration keys. Use only authorized accounts and workspaces. Contact support after suspected unauthorized account access.

SecondMindOS is offered worldwide to adults and organizations that have legal capacity to agree to these terms. Availability can be limited where law, sanctions, export controls, payment support, or a required provider prevents the service or a transaction. You are responsible for following mandatory local laws that apply to the content you use and the way you use the product.

The Free plan is available worldwide where lawful. Plus is initially available for purchase in Canada and the United States. Pro has not launched and its control opens a waitlist. Paid checkout remains unavailable in the United Kingdom, the EEA, and other countries until the requirements for those transactions have been cleared.

Local consumer and privacy rights continue to apply. If a mandatory local right conflicts with these terms, that right controls to the extent required by law.

Generated summaries, extracted findings, and AI replies can be incomplete or incorrect. Compare generated claims against the referenced source material before making consequential decisions. Source links support verification but do not guarantee accurate interpretation.

Keep backups of work that requires retention. Local data depends on the browser profile and can be lost after clearing the browser profile or removing the extension. Download a workspace backup and check an import before deleting the original. A local backup is separate from any optional cloud backup.

Browser updates, provider changes, maintenance, or network problems can interrupt capture and hosted features. Check that important messages were saved. Roadmap descriptions do not guarantee a release date or continued availability of an external service.

Do not use SecondMindOS to violate law, bypass access controls, distribute harmful software, or process content you are not authorized to use.

Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown at purchase. Subscription management and cancellation are available through the customer portal. Check the portal for the cancellation status and access end date. Uninstalling the extension or disconnecting an integration does not cancel billing. Local data stays exportable after cancellation. For a billing error or refund request, contact support with the relevant purchase details, without sending payment card information. Applicable consumer-law rights stay unchanged.

Prices can be displayed in a billing currency that differs from your local currency. Your payment provider or bank may apply conversion fees. Applicable taxes are collected when required for a registered sales jurisdiction and are shown during checkout.
